Alvin Luna was a construction foreman in Florida and manager of the Astoria Construction Site.
Biography[]
A well read individual who can a large amount of iterature in his office at the construction site, Luna was one of three foremen hired by Tony Rosato following his expansion into Miami.
Luna continued to work on Rosato's projects until Dominic Corleone arrived in 1959 and persuaded him to change allegiance.
