Anthony Espinoza was a caporegime in the Granados crime family.


A member of the family from the beginning Espinoza was part of Stanley Jimenez's regime, he lost two of his fingers during Rico Granados' rise to power in Miami he leads Granados crime family in New York, wounded by a car bombing. Despite this, he remained an expert marksman and fought in the mob war against Dominic. In the summer of 1959, he was speaking to an informant inside the Corleone and Trapani family outside Richie's Tavern in New York when he was shot by Dominic with a sniper rifle, Anthony was chairman of Granados crime family in New York.
