Benjamin "The Phantom" Tamarkin was an attorney and fixer for the Jewish syndicate, also known as the "Kosher Nostra". He was also the lawyer of Jack Woltz.
Biography[]
He was the ultimate fixer and reported to a group of vastly wealthy men. He got his nickname 'The Phantom' as he was rarely seen in public. He also secretly supported the FBI with information to keep himself out of trouble.
In 1963, he was called to a secret meeting at the Woltz mansion to discuss the possible blackmail of President James Shea with a sex tape.
