Died September 4, 2006
First The Godfather: The Game
Portrayed Philip Tattaglia
Emilio Brunetti

Bill Meilen was a British actor and voice actor.

Bill Meilen voiced Philip Tattaglia and Emilio Brunetti in the Godfather video game. A possible reason of Meilen's casting in the game would be his expertise with dialects and accents (Tattaglia speaks Sicilian in the last level, while Emilio has a very accurate Sicilian accent).

He died from cancer after the release of the game and in updated versions of the game, Emilio was dubbed over due to some new dialogue written for all the proprietors during the extortion sequences. Unlike the original version, Emilio doesn't have an accent in the updated versions. Prior to this appearance, he was well known in Britain and overseas for his appearances and various films and television episodes, as well as having a prolific theatre career.
