Conchita Geraci was the second wife of Fausto Geraci, Sr.

Biography[]

A resident of Taxco who immigrated to the United States from Mexico, Conchita married Fausto Geraci, Sr. in the 1960s. Her cousin Flaco Cruz assisted her step-son Nick in escaping his former allies the Corleones. She survived her husband when he was killed by Al Neri.
