Dino Pennino was an associate of Hyman Roth and the younger brother of Eddie Pennino.
Biography[]
In 1958, Dino, Eddie and their business partner Eddie Levine were assigned to handle the casino operations of the Sevilla Biltmore in Havana, Cuba. However, before they were brought in, their task was canceled due to the outbreak of the Cuban Revolution.

The Pennino brothers are based on Dino Cellini and Eddie Cellini, who were close associates of Meyer Lansky and were in charge of running Lansky's casinos in Havana in the 1950s.
