Biography[]
One of the younger chiefs of the New York districts, the Brooklyn Police Chief appeared to have a spotless record, but was secretly addicted to heroin and morphine. He was dealt these drugs by Dr. Marshall, who secretly gave any medication away to the highest bidder.
In the late Forties, Aldo Trapani discovered the chief's secret and used it to blackmail him into becoming more lenient towards the Corleone family.
