Formerly a Corleone enforcer under Peter Clemenza, Vecchio was a cunning individual, known to cut off the fingers from his victims so they could not be identified by their fingerprints. He resided in Murphy Heights in New York.
Vecchio was active during the war between Tony Rosato and the Corleones. He was killed at the Heights with a single bullet to the head by Dominic.
