Joe Foley is a restaurateur, owning a restaurant of the same name in New Jersey.
Biography[]
A tough, hardened individual, Foley took over Rosie Rosen's Saloon in the Forties and the new business soon gained a reputation as the toughest bar in New Jersey. Foley operated alongside gold racketeer Louis Secondi, an associate of the Stracci crime family.
In 1947, the Corleones began to make moves in Jersey, and Foley handed over his take to Aldo Trapani.
