Artie being threatened by Aldo Trapani.

In 1948, Sonny Corleone and Soldier Aldo Trapani took down Manzanero's network, defeating the capo in Caruso! club and interrogating a racket boss before assaulting Manzanero directly, bringing down his warehouse and forcing him to do business with the Corleone family.

Manzanero's fall was one of the factors that decided the fate of Sonny Corleone, losing their main racket persuaded the Cuneos to join the Barzinis in Sonny's assassination. His fate at the end of the Five Families War is unknown but presumably with the Cuneos making peace with the Corleones he carried on running the West Port Warehouse giving a percentage of his profits to both Families.

Behind the scenes[]

He was voiced by Ralph Peduto. His character model is also used for Don Carmine Cuneo and Cuneo Capo.

In the game, Manzanero has 4 rank bars above his health, which is the rank of an Underboss. It is possibly an error.
