Nicky Caruso is one of the Cuneo crime family associates in Hell's Kitchen.
Biography[]
Nicky took over West Side Philly's following the decline of the gang known as the Westies, who ruled Hell's Kitchen some time before. This change in mangement was not appreciated by the legitimate owner, Burphie McGee, who nonetheless bit his tongue and continued work. Caruso spent most of his days at the gambling den in the building's basement.
In the later days of the Five Families War, Hell's Kitchen came under attack and Caruso was forced to sell out to Aldo Trapani.
