The Santadio Compound was the home of the Santadio crime family and their base of operations during the war with the Clericuzio family. Near the end of the war, peace appeared to have broken out due to Jimmy Santadio's romance with Rose Marie Clericuzio, and the wedding reception was held on the compound's grounds. However, this was part of a ruse on behalf of Domenico Clericuzio, who had his sons, led by family "hammer" Joseph De Lena, infiltrate the compound that night and kill Don Santadio and his entire family.
It is not known what happened to the compound after the massacre.
