The Sevilla Biltmore is an hotel in Havana, Cuba, which opened in 1908. Hyman Roth took over the hotel in the 1950s, with the backing of the Cuban government. On Roth's birthday party in 1958, the hotel was handed over to the Corleone family, while Eddie Levine, Dino and Eddie Pennino would handle the hotel's casino operations. However, their ownership became short-lived when the hotel was seized by Fidel Castro's rebels in the following year.

In the second video game, the hotel was given to Samuele Mangano at Hyman Roth's birthday party in Havana. It was from here that he would begin launching operations until he gained a foothold in Miami.
