Born in California, Dahlgren is an American character actor who began in 1972 with The Candiate befor eplaying the small part of Fred Corngold in The Godfather Part II. Since then he has appeared in numerous television movies as well as blockbusters such as Invasion of the Body Snatchers and What Lies Beneath.
