A Barzini owned nightclub in Little Italy, the Va Va Voom Room was owned by Viani Barzini, daughter of Ettore, and was frequented by Corleone family associate, Marty Malone.
In 1945, the nightclub was taken over by the Corleone family, but Barzini was able to stay on due to her connection with Malone. In 1950, Monk Malone was discovered to be a traitor, and he fled here in order to escape the wrath of caporegime Aldo Trapani, his former comrade-in-arms. Despite the Cuneo enforcers hired to protect Malone, he was executed by his former friend.

this hot little nightclub is a favorite spot for Monk Malone, who likes the girls in this part of town. Although Viani is a Barzini, she's got the hots for Monk, and so her loyalty is divided. This establishment also sees its fare share of Cuneos too; it seems both Families may see this as an area for a temporary truce.
