Frank Romano was the boss of the Falcone crime family.
Biography

Romano succeeded Ignazio Pignatelli in 1963 after he stepped down for health reasons.
In 1979, he was one of the dons who attended the Commission meeting in Atlantic City. During the meeting, he was machine gunned to death by Joey Zasa's assassins, along with many other Dons.
It is likely that he was succeeded by Gussie Cicero.
