The tailor shop was founded in 1906 by the Argentinean Gabriel Villa. It swiftly became the Corleone family's tailors of choice and would sometimes be used as an emergency base.
Notably, it was one of the few businesses that remained in Corleone hands after the Tattaglias and other crime families started muscling into Little Italy.
