A savvy businessman who swiftly became the manager at Emilios due to his business handling skills and tough attitude towards competition, Cruz nontheless found himself paying tirbutes when the Granados crime family made their on Florida.
The situation only changed when his business was attacked by Dominic Corleone, who Cruz had pay protection to him instead.
