Harry Paramour was the owner of Harry's Bar in Little Italy.

Known to have a gruff demeanour due to growing up on the East Side, Paramour began paying protection money to the Tattaglias when they made their move out of Brooklyn. He was also a friend of the Little Italy Police Chief who he ocassionally allowed to have free parties in return for ignoring the illegal activities that went on. Beneath his bar, Bingo Bartelli operated a racket that Paramour did his best to ignore.

In 1945, he was persuaded to give his business to the Corleone family instead.
