The Indelicato clan was a Mafia clan in Palermo, Sicily. Their first Don was Cesare Indelicato, who became Capo di tutti capi in Sicily and ruled with a iron fist. The clan played an important role in the distribution of heroin from Sicily to the United States in which they worked closely with the Stracci family as most of the heroin was smuggled through the docks of New Jersey.
