"Irish" Jack Dougan was an associate of the Tattaglia family.
Biography[]
An Irish-American family associate serving under Squeegie McNeese in the Family's liquor racket, Dougan was known to be highly partial to his drink, which was unfortunate given his profession. He tried to maintain balance and order in his racket in Global Trading Company's backroom, a fact that was helped by the blind devotion of it's owner, Moley Christensen.
However, in 1946, shortly after the takeover of Global Trading in Little Italy, Dougan's racket was seized by Aldo Trapani.
