Joey's Baked Goods was a bakery in New Jersey, run by Joe Hobanobski, a former citizen of Montreal. Despite his tough-as-nails nature, he was persuaded to allow a Stracci explosives racket set up shop in his basement, run by psychotic Gary Treangolin.
In 1947, during the Five Families War, the bakery was attacked by Aldo Trapani, who had Hobanobski and Treangolin hand over their percentages to him.
