John Garcia was the manager of SaniCo Hauling in Miami.
Biography[]
In 1959, Garcia had his business used as a racket for Tony Rosato's drugs smuggling ring, which covered all of the SaniCo businesses in Miami.
Later that year, he found his business under attack by Dominic, and after being threatened, agreed to pay protection to the Corleone crime family instead.
