Leon Barber was the foreman at the S&L Construction Site in Miami, Florida.

Biography

Not particularly concerned about keeping his business legitimate as long as the job was done, Barber accepted the "protection" of Tony Rosato when he made his move on Florida in 1959.

However, later that year Barber accepted a new offer (by force) from the Corleone family.
