Lucy Mancini was Connie Corleone's bridesmaid of honour and mother of Vincent.

Lucy was one of the childhood friends of Vito Corleone's children, particularly his daughter, Connie. She was the maid of honor at Connie's wedding. Lucy had sex with Sonny at the wedding, and had a brief extramarital affair with him, resulting in the birth of Vincent Mancini, who would later become the Don.

After Sonny's death, Lucy moved out to Nevada where she was taken care of by Fredo Corleone. It was here that she met Jules Segal, a doctor who performed surgery on her vagina which had been causing her trouble since adolescence. The two later married, but Segal was killed, presumably on the orders of Michael Corleone, who suspected Segal had helped his wife Kay, with her abortion.
She appeared at the party celebrating Michael's gifts from The Vatican and introduced her son to the Don.
