Michele Russo is an Italian actor who portrayed Spara in The Godfather Part III.

Russo studied theater at the Academy of Dramatic Art "Piccolo Teatro di Milano". He has written and directed a film/documentary titled "The Family Whistle" which tells the story of the Coppola family.
He is distantly related to Francis Ford Coppola and comes from the same town Bernalda as his grandfather Agostino, who had a fictional counterpart in the character of the gunsmith Augustino Coppola in The Godfather Part II.
