The Modified AK-47 was a rare upgrade for the MP38 favoured by the Almeida family. Dominic discovered one beneath Battaglia Masonry when he took it over, which greatly assisted him and his men during the Trapani - Almeida War.
It could be further upgraded to the Modern Dillinger.
