Mona Scarletti was the owner of Valentino's in Brooklyn, New York.
Biography
In 1946 Aldo Trapani brought out Mona before he moved on to the St Sebastian Hotel and other Tattaglia owned businesses in Brooklyn. Mona wasnt to bothered to change from Tattaglia to Corleone because at the very least the Corleone enforcers were able to keep a watchful eye over Tony Tattaglia in the racket above Valentino's.
