Biography[]
Outwardly respectable, in reality, he was the primary suspect for several murder cases, for which he had seized the evidence and placed it in his suite at The George Hotel.
He went unsuspected until Aldo Trapani discovered his secret from a prostitute at The Crane Club and, after bribing the guards at chief's room, presented the chief with the stolen evidence. The chief bought back the evidence in return for police protection for the Corleone family in Jersey.
