A murderer in Juan Mazon's regime, Pablo gained the nickname 'El Rey de Picas' or 'The King of Spades' by the police for the calling cards he used to leave on his victims. He was known to be associated with the chop shop business, and made his hangout at a building just off El Camino Vedura in Havana.

During the war of 1960 between Esteban Almeida and Dominic, Pablo was executed with an automatic firearm.
