Paulo Riccitello was the consigliere for the Mangano crime family.
Biography
A Sicilian by birth, but a man who spent most of his life in his birthplace of New York, Paulo spent much time in America, representing Don Samuele Mangano's interests, and scoping out potential businesses, often with the Right Handman of Samuele's nephew, Moose Mangano after he and his boss Samuele Mangano Purchased Mangano Compound and His Home is Mangano Compound
Mob War
Following the takeover of Global Storage in Miami by Dominic and his made men, Paulo was sent to meet with Dominic, who was under the impression he was to be attending a sitdown with Samuele. Paulo informed Dominic that his betrayal would cost him his life, and the two argued. However, a fire-fight erupted, and Paulo apparently fled, while his men seized many of Dominic's businesses in Miami.
Paulo met his end when Dominic and his made men stormed and blew up the Mangano Compound, eliminating the family.

Trivia
The alternate portrait for Paolo Riccitello.
- Paulo is the only rival consigliere to be seen in the game.
- It is worth noting the Mangano consigliere that is featured on the Mangano hit sheet: his appearance differs from the man who claimed to be Paulo at the warehouse meeting with Dominic earlier in the game. This could either mean that the man at the meeting was merely an associate claiming to be Paulo, or that enough time had passed between the meeting and the fall of the Mangano Compound for Paulo's looks to change. More likely however is that this is a mistake made by the developers.
