SaniCo Incineration was a drug racket in New York which was under the control of Carmine Rosato's family. Dominic eventually took over SaniCo Incineration with his made men and broke up Carmine's half of the drugs crime ring.
SaniCo Incineration was owned by Jimmy De Luca, who was believed to be attempting to start a prostitution racket.
In 1959, lobbyist Leon Brinker asked Dominic to break into the safe of Sanico Incineration and steal some documents for him. In exchange for this favor, Brinker would make sure that Dominic's men wouldn't get any visits from the police when they were in the hospital.
