The St. Sebastian Hotel in Brooklyn was a Tattaglia owned business, officially owned by Monte Malparidiso, but unofficially it was one of the Tattaglia's favourite spots for indulging in women. Because of this, it was a frequently targeted building in times of mob war against the Tattaglia family, and was damaged by fire several times. As such, Malparidiso became very withdrawn and paranoid.

It is here that caporegime Tony Bianchi was garotted to death by Aldo Trapani. Don Philip Tattaglia was also gunned down by Rocco Lampone and Aldo Trapani, whilst he was in bed with a prostitute nine years later.
