Terence Stamp is an English actor who played Prince Borsa in The Sicilian. He began his career in advertsing before becoming a major player in films, notably Superman as arch-villain General Zod and the Supreme Chancellor in Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
In addition to this, he is a prolific stage and voice actor, and replaced fellow Sicilian actor Michael Wincott in Halo 3.
