Torres was the husband of Cabinet minister Maria Torres.

Biography

Husband to Maria and father of their only son, he was an abusive man who would often strike Maria. This was only exacerbated after she found herself a lover, and so Maria asked Dominic Corleone, her contact in the American mafia, to kill her husband in return for a sting on the Mangano family.
