A Barzini owned nightclub in Little Italy, the Va Va Voom Room was owned by Viani Barzini, daughter of Ettore, and was frequented by Corleone family associate, Marty Malone.
In 1946, the nightclub was taken over by the Corleone family, but Barzini was able to stay on due to her connection with Malone. In 1950, Monk Malone was discovered to be a traitor, and he fled here in order to escape the wrath of caporegime Aldo Trapani, his former comrade-in-arms. Despite the Cuneo enforcers hired to protect Malone, he was executed by his former friend.
