Victor "Vicky Veal" Vinatonni was a soldato in Rocco Lampone's regime in Nevada.

Was born in the city of Palermo, Sicily, in 1918. Son of Sicilian baker. Victor had been arrested for controlling illegal vending machines. He also dealt with extortion, collected money from local shopkeepers. Judged and convicted in court for 5 years of imprisonment. The nickname "Vicky Veal" was given to him from murder of local restaurant chief who, as he claimed spat into his favourite meal.
